- Having working experience as a brand manager/ brand marketing executive with minimum of 3 years
- Experience in Beauty retail industry is a plus but not a must;
- Proven experience in developing brand and creating marketing strategy
- Effective communicator to build relationships and work closely with partners and Brands.
- Strong analytical skills and result-driven thinking;
- Good English is an absolute must for this role
- Positive attitude and energetic is also a must.
- Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify overseas beauty and personal care brands that are deemed to be suitable for Indonesian market
- Work closely with the overseas brand principal/ owner in promoting the Company's unique selling proposition as potential partner in Indonesia
- Responsible to achieve the agreed sales target by working with various internal divisions and external parties to promote the brand's long term presence in Indonesia
- Responsible for developing the brand and the ideal public image for each of the brands under your coverage for both Online and Offline marketing. You will work closely with the in-house marketing and design team to achieve the brand's marketing objectives.
