Requirements : 

• Min. Bachelor degree of any major with min. GPA 3.00
• Min 2-3 years experience working as community team
• Have experience working with KOL/Social Media/Community especially in beauty community
• Passionate in beauty and am updated with beauty trends.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible with all community campaign
• Identifying KOL/Community based on the needs for corporate campaign
• Implementing KOL Campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL/Community for any kind of collaboration (paid/unpaid)
• Can negotiate cost appropriately to ensure all parties mutually beneficial
• Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns
• Able to work in a face pace work environment
• Managing communication and build relationships with KOL & Community
• Responsible to grow their subordinate, can also lead their subordinate to maintain day today basis.
